Behind The Scenes – Commercial Video Shoot

So this is a flash back to an older project we did a few years back, One of our project marketing client had completed a set of 14 high end apartments in Caulfield.

To add value to the apartments our clients marketing strategy was to include extra car parking spaces for the apartment buyers.
One way to maximise minimal floor spaces that some of Melbournes developemts are limted by is to install mechanical car stacker systems.

The challange with selling apartments to a world wide buyer markert means that some buyers have never seen a car stacking system, hence our aim here was to produce a really simple and short explainer video that would appeal to the target market we were chasing.

This was a short one day shoot invoving two brand new BMW cars including an SUV and a small convertable. We ran crew of 2 camera operators, 1 lighting tech, 1 make up artist, 2 proffesinal actors and our 2 man creative team on site to direct along side the client.

Shooting was a lot of fun and we had great time getting some interesting angles, with a production cast of 9 people space was limited, however we pulled of a great short video, client was impressed the end result was within in two weeks of delivery of the finished video our client had sold an additional 3 apartments to international buyers who viewd and loved the extra parking space created by the clever car stackers.
