What is Real Estate FM?

Real Estate FM is a professional radio broadcast that transmits around a property, land estate, shop or any set location, information about the property sale.

For example, you have listed a house for sale, as a potential buyer approaches the house in their car, they are greeted by a sign telling them to tune their radio to a pre-set frequency. Upon tuning in to the advertised radio station, the potential buyer is greeted with a radio quality commercial, telling them about the home’s features and who to contact. Combine this with a photo board and its like having a sales assistant working for you after hours and on weekends!  Sellers will love this modern marketing concept and buyers will appreciate the extra information that’s provided to them.  By utilising the power of voice and radio advertising, your potential buyers will feel compelled to phone you.  Imagine if your competitors got hold of this fantastic product!

Case Study 1: Commercial Industrial Estate

AAA Commercial Real Estate have just listed a 10 acre commercial industrial estate and they want to be able to provide information about the estate to their potential clients. So Real Estate FM is deployed throughout the estate. Different locations in the estate have various information about the particular area. As a client drives through the estate in the comfort of their car, they are provided with up to date information about the area they are travailing through.  Information such as land size, factory size, other neighbouring businesses, facility information and local suburb information.  The potential buyer can also be directed to a website or encouraged to make an enquiry via phone, email or sms.

The industrial estate is broken up into 3 zones and different information is broadcast in those zones.

How is it installed?

We have a number of ways to install Real Estate FM.  We can locate the unit inside the home and plug it into a power point, if power is available. If power is not available, we do have solar powered models available for land estates and rural properties.  Some sites may be subject to approval.
