What is elvated pole photography?

Elevated pole photography is sometimes referred to as low-level aerial photography. In short it is the method used to photograph a home from above rather than down below. Elevated pole photography is perfect for showing the size of a home or surrounding views.

Elevated pole photography is sometimes used in situations where the home is high up on a hill and traditional photography does the home no justice. It is also great for homes that are asthetically challenged as creates more attention on the size of the home and gives the home a new perspective.

How is Elevated pole photography done?

Elevated pole photography is performed using a specially built rig that attaches to one of our vehocles. The rig is air operated and hoists a camera up in the air heights ranging from 10 metres to 20 metres. (see image below)

Limitations on Elevated Pole Photography

There are some minor limitations to where we can use our elevated pole photography systems. When booking a job please be mindful that we can not go under power lines. We may also not be able to complete a photo shoot if there is limited access to park our vehicle safely (ie: no room or busy traffic areas) When our system is being operated all unauthorised personnel must keep a clear distance of 30 meters, this is due to occupational health and safety rules.

I want to go higher, do you offer a true aerial service?
