Weekly Aerial Photography - Standby Rates $260 inc gst
Every fortnight, Property Snap's flies over Melbourne to photograph homes, development sites and commercial properties for some of Melbournes foremost real estate agents. We are pleased to offer everyone the benefit of joining our aerial photography standby rate system. Basically, we combine your job with other clients jobs and pass the savings on to everyone. As this is a standby service, we can give no guarantees on the date that we are flying and some factors, such as weather, can delay us. However, we generally fly every single week without fail. If you need a site photographed quickly, we also offer a priority service - meaning we fly when you tell us to.
What is included in the $260 standby package?
- 10 -15 Images of the site
- Photos from 360 degrees around the site
- 3d Oblique views
- 2d map views
- Retouching of all images
- Map/road overlay on 1-2 images
- 3 Day turn-around
What kind of sites do you photograph?
We photograph residential property, commercial sites, land developments, golf courses and photos for planning purposes.
What sort of quality can I expect?
All of our aerial photos are taken using high quality digital SLR cameras, with the best stablised lenses. Images can be used for high end magazine prints, wall prints or even large signs.
Do you add Geo-tagging or GPS data?
We can add GPS data to all of the photos, which is useful if you are doing farm irrigation planning or land developments
What sort of aircraft do you use?
Our standby rate flights are performed using a small fixed wing aircraft. We don't shoot through any windows, so you are guaranteed optimum image quality. We can also fly helicopters if you have special requirements.Do you have any sample photos?
