Advertising/Commercial
While our core business is real estate and architecture, we do at times take on specialised commercial work. We have worked with brands such as Saeco, Toyota and Iwood to name a few.
We can tailor a shoot to suit your needs and budget. At times, we have access to a large cyclorama studio and a full production team including creative directors, make up artists and product stylists. We are often called upon to shoot difficult work that requires special access.

Lend Lease – Prime Life
We have been working with Lend Lease for a few years. Lend Lease Prime life contract Property Snaps to photograph their retirement village real estate. With sites all over Melbourne, Property Snaps is contracted on a job by job basis to produce impressive images, aimed at Prime Life’s target market.
Solar Shop Australia
Solar shop contacted us to photograph their stores and staff for their new website and print marketing. Solar Shop has locations all over NSW and in some remote areas. We were able to work with Solar Shop to cover all of these sites, on days that would be convenient for staff and models. Our brief was to photograph the stores externally, internally and create some “real life” scenes with staff interacting with customers. We wanted the photos show how innovative and modern Solar Shop is.
Compass Pools – Vic
For the past two years, we have photograph swimming pools for Compass pools for use in their marketing material and for entry into the SPASA awards. Working with Compass pools is always a pleasure and their fantastic swimming pools take us to some great parts of Victoria. Their photo brief includes a range of daytime and twilight shots and we like to try and show how the pool fits in with the homes landscaping.
Cosentino Group
The Cosentino group are the engineering force behind many major commercial buildings, such as; the Adidas factory in Mulgrave and the famous Point Restaurant in Albert Park. Cosentino group contracted Property Snaps to photograph their portfolio of commercial buildings. We conducted the project over a period of two weeks and photographed all of the buildings across Melbourne.
Iwood Australia
Iwood Australia are designers of fine outdoor furniture. We were contacted by Iwood to photograph their 2010 Summer Catalogue and 2011 Summer Catalogue. Shot over a number of days, we did a series of seamless white background shots to individually show off, the furniture and options. Then, over several days, we shot a series of staged outdoor settings in a number of locations.
Saeco
Every one loves coffee! Working with Saeco was one of our favourite projects because we love our coffee too! We were contracted by Saeco on a number of occasions to photograph promotional advertising material for various campaigns. We were required to photograph to a strict brief and created a beautiful range of photographs that detailed these famous coffee machines.
