49 Gloucester Avenue – For Barry Plant Berwick

This was a fantastic house to photograph. The owners had built the home a few years ago and no expense had be spared in building this luxury home.

Upon entering the gates I could not help but feel like I was in Toorak or Balwyn. The large double doors opened to reveal ceilings so high that Donald Trump would be jealous!

It was obvious that the vendors had spent a considerable amount of effort to present this house in all its glory.

The home has a huge french inspired kitchen that overlooks the high end swimming pool. The bottom level of the home was free and open and had many european inspired features such as super high bi-fold doors and elegant french windows looking out on to elm lined Glocester Avenue.

The beautiful cascading stairs lead up to more high ceilings and 4 massive bedrooms.

When it came time to photograph the front of the home I was impressed by the secure electronic gates and Toorak style privacy that the fencing provided.

While photographing the swimming pool it felt exactly like I was shooting another high end swimming pool for Melbourne Pool and Outdoor design magazine or a high end pool builder.

Once and a while I come across a home that is just perfect and everything just comes together to product images that buyers just love, 49 Gloucester Avenue is one of those “special” homes.
