Lead times for Standard Pricing

Images will be ready within 48 Hours from the time the property is photographed -

For example - If the home is photographed at 11:00am on Monday the images will be ready by 11:00am Wednesday.

These times do not include weekends or public holidays, properties photographed after 5:00pm will be considered photographed at 10:00am the following day. For examlple a property photographed at 6:00pm on Tuesday the images would be ready by 10:00am Friday.

Or for weekends - If a home is photographed at 10:00am on a Friday the images will be ready by 10:00am on Tuesday.

 

Lead times for Premium Pricing

Images will be ready within 24 hours from the time of the property is photographed.

For example if the home is photographed at 12:00pm on Thursday the images will be ready by 12:00pm on Friday.

These times do not include weekends or public holidays, properties photographed after 5:00pm will be considered photographed at 10:00am the following day. For examlple a property photographed at 6:00pm on Tuesday the images would be ready by 10:00am Wedensday.

Or for weekends - If a home is photographed at 10:00am on a Friday the images will be ready by 10:00am on Monday.

 

Booking Deadlines

Photo shoots require 48 hours notice before the property can be photographed. Please allow up to 48 hours as a minimum time befor the property can be photographed. This does not guarantee that we will be available within the 48 hour period. If you require urgent photography please contact your appointed representative to see if arangements can be made. A priority fee of $65 may apply for job bookings requiring less than 24 hours notice.

Cancellations

We require a minium of 24 hours notice if you want to cancel a booking - Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
